United Kingdom Delivery Costs
Standard UK delivery (including N.I.) is sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class or, for large orders/bulky artwork pieces, via our trusted courier partner. Orders placed before 1pm will be dispatched the same day (excluding framed marble which takes an additional working day to process). Please note that we only dispatch on weekdays. Orders to Highlands, N.I. and Channel Islands may take slightly longer to arrive.

Overseas Delivery Costs
We deliver to most worldwide countries via Royal Mail International Standard post or, in certain cases, via trusted couriers. Delivery costs will be calculated at checkout depending on country and order size/weight. Delivery times are estimated as 3 - 5 working days (Europe) and 7 - 10 working days (R.O.W) however, this does depend on your country's postal service. We have known post to take up to one month in some areas.

Customs Charges
Please note that Coulson Macleod does not charge customs duties on overseas shipments. If any additional customs charges are incurred during your shipment, they are not calculated or monitored by us nor are they the responsibility of Coulson Macleod. We recommend that you check with your local customs officials or post centre for more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may be applicable to your online order with us.
If customs fees are payable, and you refuse to pay them, your order will be returned to us and we will be charged the customs fees plus return shipping costs. In such a case we will deduct any charges incurred, customs fees and shipping costs before a refund is issued.
