DELIVERY & RETURNS
AN IMPORTANT DELIVERY UPDATE:
Most orders placed before 1pm Mon - Fri will still be dispatched from our studio the very same day. However, due to staff shortages/social distancing measures, Royal Mail & other international postal services are still experiencing delays in some areas. United Kingdom Delivery Costs
Standard UK delivery (including N.I.) is FREE for all products and sent via Royal Mail or, for large orders/bulky artwork pieces, via our trusted courier partner. Orders placed before 1pm will be dispatched same day (excluding framed marble which takes an additional working day to process). Please note that we only dispatch on weekdays. Orders to Highlands, N.I. and Channel Islands may take slightly longer to arrive.
Please note: Delivery times quoted above are estimated. Items returned to us due to incomplete address details or items not collected from the local sorting office will incur a re-delivery charge.
Overseas Delivery Costs
We deliver to most worldwide countries via Royal Mail International Standard post or, in certain cases, via trusted couriers. Delivery costs will be calculated at checkout depending on country and order size/weight. Delivery times are estimated as 3 - 5 working days (Europe) and 7 - 10 working days (R.O.W) however, this does depend on your country's postal service. We have known post to take up to one month in some areas.
Returns & Refunds
We don't mean to brag, but we're so sure that you or the person you're buying for will be thrilled with your purchase, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We're happy to refund the purchase price of any product* should you feel it is unsuitable.
We take great care to ensure your order arrives in tip-top condition. If this is not the case, send us an email via or call us on 01536 419944 and we'll immediately put things right for you.
EXTENDED 100 DAY RETURNS FOR YOUR PEACE OF MIND
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, we appreciate there may be some difficulty making returns at the moment, so we are offering our customers an extended returns period. Simply return the item in its original condition within 100 days of receipt.
For your protection, when returning products, we kindly recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of returns postage.
*Please note that we are unable to accept returns on personalised/bespoke products or digital download files.
Please note that Coulson Macleod does not charge customs duties on overseas shipments. If any additional customs charges are incurred during your shipment, they are not calculated or monitored by us nor are they the responsibility of Coulson Macleod. We recommend that you check with your local customs officials or post centre for more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may be applicable to your online order with us.
If customs fees are payable, and you refuse to pay them, your order will be returned to us and we will be charged the customs fees plus return shipping costs. In such a case we will deduct any charges incurred, customs fees and shipping costs before a refund is issued.
