Any orders placed where the billing and delivery details are the same, we'll assume you're giving the card yourself and will package with a blank envelope.

The card was perfect. Unfortunately the express delivery which I paid for did not arrive until two days later. The reason was the address was incorrect. I do not accept this as I have numerous cards from you in the past and they have always arrived on time and correctly addressed.
Please take my comments up with the deliverer. Otherwise I am truly happy with Coulsonmacleod and will continue to use you!
