We do not send a proof so please make sure the personalisation details and/or message provided with your order are correct as we are unable to accept returns on personalised items. 

If you upgrade to include a printed message on the card, it will be printed exactly as typed in the text box and sent in the envelope directly to the delivery details provided at checkout. We will not send any order details to the recipient. 

Any orders placed where the billing and delivery details are the same, we'll assume you're giving the card yourself and will package with an unsealed blank envelope.
